蔬菜一般养分需求量较大田作物高5~10倍,因而有些菜农错误地认为蔬菜施肥越多越好,不仅造成了大量浪费,而且对蔬菜的生长造成直接或间接的影响。近年来肥害现象在各蔬菜基地呈上升现象,育苗和生产中都有发生。另外,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对蔬菜的需求量越来越大,同时由于施肥对人体造成的伤害也日趋严重,下面介绍一下这两种肥害的类型和简单的预防措施。1.肥料的直接伤害主要是指某一种肥料或肥料总量施用过多引起的对蔬菜的伤害,主要原因有(1)单一肥料施用过多保护地蔬菜由于单一施用铵态氮过多,会因为铵分解成氨气,在通风不良的情况下,浓度达到5×10~(-6)就会使叶菜类的茎叶出现明显
