目的:总结剖宫产同期行Stanford A型主动脉夹层手术患者的护理配合方法,以期为提高母婴救治成功率提供参考依据。方法:通过回顾性分析4例剖宫产同期行Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者的手术病例,结合产科和心外科的手术特点,归纳护理配合要点。结果:4例患者剖宫产同期行Stanford A型主动脉夹层手术患者术程顺利,术后1例死于并发症。4例剖宫产胎儿均存活。结论:在多学科团队合作下护士配合熟练,用物准备充分,在升温降温过程中做好密切观察,积极应对术中出血及其他病情变化,制定预防并发症的护理措施,可促进
