通过分析岗位对标指标数据类型复杂特征,运用异业对标管理方法探索岗位对标管理模式实践方式。详细阐述了岗位对标指标体系构建过程,明确岗位指标设置、评价方式等。基于过程控制理论,运用过程能力指数(CPK)对岗位指标进行评价。按照正单侧、负单侧和双侧3个单项过程控制能力评价方式分别给出各类型计算方法,依据工序管理CPK值域范围将指标值进行五分位计算。实践探索取得良好成效。
Through the analysis of the complex characteristics of the benchmark index data types, the paper explores the practical mode of the benchmarking management mode by using the management method of different targets benchmarking. It elaborates the construction process of post benchmarking index system, clarifies the setting of post indicators, evaluation methods and so on. Based on the theory of process control, the process capability index (CPK) is used to evaluate job indicators. According to the positive unilateral, negative unilateral and bilateral three single process control ability evaluation methods were given various types of calculation methods, according to the process management CPK range of values of the index quintile calculation. Practical exploration achieved good results.
