课堂教学叙事指教师将自己某节“课堂教学”中发生的“教学事情”叙述出来,使之成为一份相对完整的案例。它在很大程度上促进了教师的专业成长,使教师更关注自己的教学、更关注自己的学生、更关注教学中的细节,并使自己在一个个故事中受到启发、得到成长。
Classroom narrative refers to teachers narrating “teaching things” occurring in a certain section of “classroom teaching” to make it a relatively complete case. It has greatly promoted the professional growth of teachers so that teachers pay more attention to their teaching, pay more attention to their students, pay more attention to the details of teaching and inspire them to grow and grow from story to story.
