目的了解村医生参与结核病防治工作态度及其影响因素。方法抽取4个县村医生作为调查对象,采用问卷调查方法。结果村医愿意参与结防工作的比例为68.7%,不同性别、年龄、学历和不同工作年限的村医中愿意参与此项工作的比例无差异,愿意参与和不愿意参与的村医生每天平均接诊患者数量差异无统计学意义,接受过培训与否和村医生是否愿意参与结核病防治工作有关系,接受过培训的村医生愿意参与结核病防治工作的比例明显高于未曾接受过培训的村医生。结论对村医生经常进行结核病相关知识培训,可提高村医生参与结防工作的积极性。
Objective To understand the attitudes and influencing factors of village doctors participating in tuberculosis prevention and control work. Methods A total of 4 county doctors were selected as survey subjects and questionnaires were used. Results The percentage of village doctors who were willing to participate in the prevention and treatment work was 68.7%. There was no difference in the proportion of village doctors who were willing to take part in this work among different sexes, ages, academic qualifications and different working years. The average number of village doctors willing to participate and not willing to participate was There was no significant difference in the number of clinic patients, whether trained or not and whether village doctors were willing to participate in tuberculosis prevention and treatment. The proportion of trained village doctors willing to participate in tuberculosis prevention and treatment was significantly higher than that of village doctors who had not received training. Conclusion Regular training of village doctors on tuberculosis-related knowledge can enhance the enthusiasm of village doctors in participating in prevention and treatment work.
