以AC-20 HMA热拌沥青混合料为参照,通过实验室试验,比较了Sasobit WMA、Aspha-min WMA与SEAM WMA等3种温拌沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性等重要使用性能。试验结果与分析显示,相对HMA,Sasobit WMA、Aspha-min WMA与SEAM WMA的高温稳定性均显著增加,动稳定度分别增加96%、46%与106%。所有WMA的低温抗裂性能均有所改善,低温弯曲破坏应变增加的幅度在18%~24%,不同添加剂种类相互之间没有明显区别。Sasobit WMA的水稳定性变化不大,而Aspha-min WMA与SEAM WMA的水稳定性有所降低,冻融劈裂残留强度比TSR分别降低18%与10%,抗剥落剂可以分别使TSR提高7%与12%。采用使用性能改变综合值量化了3种WMA使用性能的变化,3种WMA综合使用性能分别提高39.9%、15.2%和39.6%。
Based on AC-20 HMA hot mix asphalt mixture, three kinds of warm mix asphalt mixture, such as Sasobit WMA, Aspha-min WMA and SEAM WMA, were compared by laboratory tests. The comprehensive performance of the three WMAs was used to quantify the changes of the WMA performance. The comprehensive utilization of the three WMAs was increased by 39.9%, 15.2% and 39.6% respectively.
