在小麦的组织培养中,研究了影响叶片愈伤组织诱导和分化频率的某些因素。试验结果表明:在较高温度下生长的幼苗,未伸出叶片或半伸出叶片基部的片段,愈伤组织的诱导和分化频率较高;不同品种的叶片,愈伤组织的诱导和分化频率有很大差异;直径大于5毫米,一月龄的愈伤组织,分化根的频率较高:补加激素IAA1.0毫克/升和KT1-2毫克/升的培养基,明显促进幼苗的分化。
In wheat tissue culture, some factors affecting the frequency of leaf callus induction and differentiation were studied.
