1.缺肥与海带幼孢子体“畸形分裂症”有直接关系。 2.光照强度和光照时间与“畸形分裂症”有密切的关系,光照失调会加剧“畸形分裂症”的发展。在不加肥条件下,光照强度2000米烛的幼孢子体,发病率高于1000米烛;在1000—2500米烛下,光照14小时的发病率高于8小时,且发病率随光照时间的延长而增高。 3.“畸形分裂症”的发病率与海带幼孢子体的生长阶段有关,通常在8—32列细胞的孢子体阶段发病率高,4列细胞的孢子体极少发病。 4.已发病的海带幼孢子体,给予足够的营养,会制止畸形分裂,恢复正常生长。在病症恢复期,给予适当的光照,会缩短恢复期,提高治愈率。 5.各光照条件下,幼孢子体生长所需要的低限营养,有待今后作进一步的探讨。
