目的了解威海市农村县、乡、村三级医疗预防保健网的门诊反应性,为改进医疗服务质量提供参考依据。方法利用威海市居民健康状况调查中卫生系统反应性的数据,采用频数、构成比等方法进行描述性分析,采用秩和比法进行综合性分析。结果到三级医疗预防保健网就诊的患者合计占85.2%。9个反应性项目“很好”和“好”的构成比之和均低于80.0%,其中投诉、就诊设施和环境及查询帐单均低于60.0%。患者最不满意的是医疗费用高。结论三级医疗预防保健网门诊服务的反应性还有待于进一步提高,尤其是在投诉、就诊设施和环境、查询帐单方面应进一步改善。
Objective To understand the outpatient response of the three-tiered medical preventive health care network in rural counties, townships, and villages in Weihai and to provide reference for improving the quality of medical services. Methods The data of the health system in the health status survey of residents of Weihai City were used to analyze the frequency of the health system, and the composition ratios were used for descriptive analysis. The rank sum ratio method was used for comprehensive analysis. As a result, 85.2% of patients attending the tertiary healthcare preventive network accounted for the total. The sum of the composition ratios of “really good” and “good” of the 9 reactive items was less than 80.0%, of which the complaints, treatment facilities and environment, and inquiry bills were all below 60.0%. The patients are most dissatisfied with the high medical costs. Conclusion The responsiveness of the three-tier medical preventive care network outpatient service needs to be further improved, especially in terms of complaints, treatment facilities and environment, and inquiry bills.
