目的利用羚羊角及其混伪品中脂类化学成分的不同来鉴别羚羊角。方法溶剂法提取脂类成分,经甲酯化,采用气相色谱分离鉴定,归一化法计算相对百分含量,并进行聚类分析。结果从5种牛科动物角中共得到47个色谱峰,其中3个为相对百分含量大于5%的共有峰,且羚羊角的3个共有峰之比有一定规律;采用系统聚类法可将5种角分为羚羊角与其他角2类。结论可利用气相色谱共有峰之比鉴别羚羊角。
Objective To identify the antelope horn by using the chemical composition of the lipid in the antelope horn and its counterfeit products. Methods Solvent extraction of lipid components, methyl esterification, the use of gas chromatography separation and identification, normalization method to calculate the relative percentage, and cluster analysis. Results A total of 47 chromatographic peaks were obtained from five bovine horns, of which three were common peaks with a relative percentage greater than 5%, and the ratio of the three common antelope horns had a certain rule. By using the method of cluster analysis, 5 kinds of angle is divided into antelope horn and other corner 2 categories. Conclusion Antelope horn can be identified by the GC peak ratio.
