目的:探讨贲门失驰缓症患者接受经口内镜下肌切开术治疗期间辅以整体护理干预的效果.方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月我院收治贲门失驰缓症病患68例观察分析,以双盲法分组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取整体护理,统计患者术后并发症的概率,评估患者对护理服务满意情况.结果:观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,且患者护理总满意率高于对照组(p<0.05).结论:贲门失驰缓症患者围术期予以整体护理值得临床采用.
