扩展深化素质教育是振兴我们民族的必经之路,只有提高国民素质,才能促进社会经济发展。素质教育能否取得良好成效关键在于教师落实教育方针的情况。新课改后,我们的教育工作必须改变态度、深化教学内容,我们不能再局限于教授学生考试技巧,让学生顺利通过考试。班主任进行班级管理的时候,必须注重对学生的品德教育。接下来,本人就多年从事班主任工作经验,浅谈如何有效开展班会活动中实施德育对策。
Expanding and deepening quality education is the only way to rejuvenate our nation. Only by improving the quality of our people can we promote social and economic development. The key to achieving good results in quality education lies in the teachers’ implementation of the education policy. After the new curriculum reform, our education must change our attitude and deepen the teaching content. We can no longer confine ourselves to teaching students the exam skills and allowing students to pass the exam successfully. Class teacher for class management, we must pay attention to the moral education of students. Next, I have many years experience in class teacher, talk about how to effectively carry out the activities of class activities to implement moral education.
