伴随着目前我国的机构改革和社会转型的不断深入,在工作上,医院工会组织面临着从未有过的挑战。医院工会组织作为医院文化的关键组成部分,在医院的文化建设中,工会组织发挥着越来越关键的作用。但是,医疗改革不断发展深化的过程中,医院的工会组织对其在文化建设方面不断提出新的要求。只有在历史的变革中顺应潮流,对自身的建设进行调整,完善和改革工会的组织文化,才能够使医院工会组织维持活力和生机,保证工会组织稳定地向前发展。
