利用自制的摩擦耦合变形试验装置,对SUS304亚稳奥氏体不锈钢带在摩擦耦合变形条件下与淬火回火DC53冷作模具钢的往复摩擦性能进行了研究,分析了带试样的塑性变形规律及相变特征,并对其磨损形貌进行了SEM观察.结果表明,摩擦系数随载荷的增加呈现先增后减的特点;摩擦系数随滑动速率的增加而减小,且所有试验条件下的摩擦系数均随试验进程表现出先减小后趋于稳定的规律.不锈钢试样在试验过程中的变形量与时间之间存在对数函数关系,且其摩擦中心区域的塑性变形大于端部变形量,其磨损机理以黏着磨损和磨粒磨损为主.该研究对亚稳奥氏体不锈钢在实际加工成形过程中的工艺优化具有一定的指导意义.
The self-made friction coupling deformation test apparatus was used to study the reciprocating friction of SUS304 metastable austenitic stainless steel strip under the condition of frictional coupling deformation with quenched and tempered DC53 cold-working die steel. And under all experimental conditions The friction coefficient of the stainless steel specimens decreases first and then tends to be stable with the progress of the test.The relationship between the deformation and the time of the stainless steel specimens is logarithmic and the plastic deformation of the friction center area is larger than that of the end deformation , And its wear mechanism is mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear.This study has certain guiding significance for the process optimization of the metastable austenitic stainless steel during the actual forming process.
