(甲)重慶市公營企業的情况 (一)公營企業從接管到恢復生產的過程企業局是今年一月才成立的,當時由工業部劃歸我們領導的公營廠共十個,即前資委會所屬的重慶電工器材廠,重慶化工廠,前標準局所屬的度量衡製造廠,前四川農業公司的重慶骨粉廠,和前經濟部工業試驗所屬的油脂廠,皮革廠、耐火材料廠、機械廠、造紙廠、化學藥品廠等十個單位,在以上各廠中,電工廠較具規模,職工共三百零六人。其次為化工廠職工共一百四十人,其他均爲六七十人以下的小廠,而工業試驗所所屬各廠根本係實驗性質,設備簡陋,非生産性工廠。
