校本教研作为提高课堂教学的效益和质量的重要举措,也是教师提高教学水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的一条有效途径。基于此,我们从学校的实际出发,依托学校自身的资源优势和特色进行的教育教学研究,重点开展以解决实施新课程实际问题为目的的系列反思型教学实践研究活动。基本思路是:集体研讨——同伴互助——个人反思——提炼升华,具体可分为四大环节。
