实际观测表明,用现行短周期仪器起算函数R1( )测算的近震震级ML在近距离地段数值偏低,在远距离地段偏高,随震中距出现系统偏差.本文以里克特(1935)零震级地震定义为震级水平控制原则,应用了辽、吉、黑、冀四省地震台网的观测资料,制定出东北地区近震震级起算函数系统.用此函数系统测算的ML同原始震级保持完全一致的水平,并能实现测算震级的均匀化,不随震中距出现系统偏差.
The actual observations show that the near-Earthquake magnitude ML measured by the current short-period instrument R1 () is low at the close range, high at the long distance, and systematic deviation from the epicentral distance. In this paper, Richter (1935) zero-magnitude earthquake is defined as the principle of magnitude level control, and the observation data of seismic stations in Liaoning, Jilin, Heihe and Ji provinces are used to develop the starting function system of the earthquakes in northeastern China. The ML estimated by this function system keeps exactly the same level with the original magnitude and can achieve the uniform magnitude of the measured magnitude without systematic deviation with the epicentral distance.
