走过20年的我国学校心理健康教育从一开始的民间学术推动、学校自发实践逐步走向今天政府部门规范领导、专家专业指导、学校自主实践和区域推进的发展态势。在上海,100多所心理教育实验校经过大量探索,已经形成了颇有特色的经验和范例。上海市教育科学研究院研究员吴增强认为,上海心理健康教育已经呈现五大特征:即充分体现了着眼于每个学生健康成长的发展性心理辅导;形成了全员参与、全程渗透的学校辅导文化;根据学校各自不同的学生群体,开展了有针对性的心理健康教育;根据社会转型期青少年成长过程中所表现的突出问题进行重点辅导;重视对青少年健康成长的社会环境优化。在11月4日至11月6日举行的“第二届21世纪中国学校心理健康教育论坛”上,来自全国各地的心理学专家、教育行政部门领导和长期从事该项教育实践的校长和教师会聚在上海市风华中学,观摩了展示上海探索成果的近60堂心理辅导活动。在此次论坛上,上海形成的“课堂与发展同步,学科与心理共进”“聚焦课堂教学,关注学生发展”“教师心理健康与专业化发展”“心理健康教育与生命教育的融合”“学校心理健康教育的活动模式:关注、体验、互动、发展”等新经验激发了与会代表的浓厚兴趣。尤其是上海市科教党委副书记翁铁慧发布“上海构建生命教育体系”的消息,引起了多方专家学者的高度关注。未来上海,心理健康教育将更加体现“以人为本”,纳入生命教育体系之中,直面转型社会中的学生成长。

The future of Shanghai, mental health education will be more reflected in the “people-oriented” into the life education system, directly facing the social transformation of students growth.
