继今年9月与北京市崇文区菜市场合作之后,近日,北京物美商业集团有限公司又与该区粮食局、副菜公司达成了合作意向,这些公司属下的150多家现有门店将被改造为物美便利超市。新公司的名字叫“北京崇文物美商业有限公司”。新成立的“北京崇文物美商业有限公司”,将崇文区副菜总公司和粮食局的150家商业网点纳入在内,占49％股权。控股方物美将注资4080万进入该公司,并负责妥善安排这两家公司2114名在职职工和3156名离退休职工。物美对此次合作持乐观态度,
Following the cooperation with the Chongwen District vegetable market in Beijing in September this year, Beijing Wumart Commercial Group Co., Ltd. has reached an agreement with the Grain Bureau and Fu Cai Company in the area. More than 150 existing outlets of these companies will be Transformation of Wumart convenience store. The new company’s name is “Beijing Chongwen Wumart Co., Ltd.”. The newly established “Beijing Chongwen Wumart Co., Ltd.” will include the Chongwen District Vice Vegetable Company and 150 commercial outlets of the Food Bureau, accounting for 49% of the shares. The controlling shareholder, Wumart, will inject 40.8 million yuan into the company and is responsible for the proper arrangement of the 2,144 active employees and 3,156 retired employees of the two companies.
