国家经贸委将实施企业技术创新战略,建立有利于自主创新的技术进步机制,作为2000年远景目标和“九五”期间的重要工作,并从以下几个方面抓紧实施: 一、加强政府的宏观调控。通过制定促进技术创新的政策法令等,扶持、引导、激励企业的技术创新活动;通过发布“全国工业交通技术创新纲要”编制“国家技术创新重点项目计划”及相应的资金投入,促进支柱产业、关键产品档次、上水平,提高我国企业和产业的竞争能力。 二、引导企业开展有效的技术创新活动。继续加强企业技术中心建设,重点推动已认定的140家企
The State Economic and Trade Commission will implement the enterprise technology innovation strategy and establish a technological progress mechanism that is conducive to independent innovation as an important task for the 2000 Vision and the Ninth Five-Year Plan period.
