实际施工中钢管混凝土的分层施工,以及为弥补收缩而使用的膨胀剂产生的徐变对钢管混凝土的性能影响不容忽视。在考虑钢管混凝土分阶段施工的基础上,分级施加徐变恒载。试验研究了膨胀剂掺量以及恒载加载间隔对钢管混凝土极限承载力与徐变纵向变形的影响,同时还对钢管再生混凝土结构的相应问题进行研究。分析得出:膨胀剂的使用对普通钢管混凝土的极限承载力有提高作用,膨胀剂掺量增大时,徐变变形也有所增大。恒载施加间隔较大时,钢管混凝土的徐变变形幅值显著减小,而其对钢管混凝土的极限强度影响相对却不明显。相比之下,膨胀剂对钢管再生混凝土的徐变变形影响更大,变形呈比例增大,而对极限承载力的影响却较小。
The actual construction of the layered steel tube concrete construction, as well as to make up for the expansion of the expansion agent used in the creep on the performance of concrete filled steel can not be ignored. The effects of expansive agent dosage and dead load interval on the ultimate bearing capacity and creep longitudinal deformation of CFST were studied. The corresponding problems of reclaimed concrete structure were also studied. The analysis shows that the use of expansive agent can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of CFST, and the creep deformation also increases when the expansive agent content increases. When the applied load is large, the creep deformation of CFST decreases significantly, but its influence on the ultimate strength of CFST is relatively insignificant. In contrast, the expansive agent has a greater impact on the creep deformation of recycled concrete pipe, the deformation increases proportionally, but the impact on the ultimate bearing capacity is small.
