对采用冷轧-重熔应变诱导熔化激活法制备的ZCuSn10铜合金坯料进行了半固态挤压成形和组织演变分析,研究了ZCuSn10铜合金的半固态挤压成形性。结果表明,采用冷轧-重熔法制备的ZCuSn10铜合金坯料具有均匀、细小颗粒的半固态组织,在960℃保温25min后挤压成形可获得表面光洁、组织细小、分布均匀的挤压件。
The semi-solid extrusion and microstructure evolution of ZCuSn10 copper alloy billets prepared by cold-remelting strain induction melting activation method were studied. The semi-solid extrusion formability of ZCuSn10 copper alloy was studied. The results show that the ZCuSn10 copper alloy billets prepared by cold rolling and remelting process have uniform and fine particles of semi-solid microstructure. After being heated at 960 ℃ for 25 min, the extruded ZCuSn10 billets can be obtained with smooth surface, fine structure and uniform distribution.
