目的:探讨股外侧肌副头在髌骨半脱位中的作用,为髌骨外侧支持带松解术提供形态学依据。材料与方法:对50例下肢的股外侧肌副头的起点及形态进行了观测。结果:股外侧肌副头起于外侧肌间隔,止于髌骨外缘中上1/3处。其出现率为98%,肌腹长8.6±2.2cm,宽1.9±0.5cm,厚1.6±0.5cm;腱长3.2±1.0cm,宽1.6±0.5cm;腱长3.2±1.0cm,宽(0.9±0.4cm,厚0.2±0.1cm。结论:股外侧肌副头是引起髌骨半脱位的解剖学因素之一。髌骨外侧支持带松解术应切断该肌的止点。
Objective: To explore the role of the lateral femoral head in the patellar subluxation and provide the morphological evidence for the patellar lateral release band. Materials and Methods: The origin and morphology of 50 cases of the lower extremity lateral femoral head were observed. Results: The lateral femoral head originated from the lateral muscle space and stopped at the upper 1/3 of the outer edge of the patella. The incidence was 98%, muscle length 8.6 ± 2.2cm, width 1.9 ± 0.5cm, thickness 1.6 ± 0.5cm; tendon length 3.2 ± 1.0cm, width 1.6 ± 0.5cm, tendon length 3.2 ± 1.0cm, width 0.9 ± 0.4cm, thickness 0.2 ± 0.1cm.Conclusion: The accessory femoral head is the anatomic factor of patellar subluxation One of the patellar lateral release band should be cut off the muscle release.
