贵金属氰化物体系电位—pH曲线对研究金矿氰化理论和强化氰化作业均有重要意义。 实测后发现:银、铂氰化物络离子的实测电位—pH曲线与理论曲线非常接近;金、钯氰化物络离子的理论电位—pH曲线与测定曲线相差较大,本文提出了修正曲线方程。最后对氰化作业及其强化进行了分析。 低价金、银、铂、钯氰化物体系电位—pH曲线在贵金属资料中都有记载。这些曲线对研究金矿中金、银及微量铂、钯的氰化浸出,在理论和实践上都有重要的意义。 为了检验这些曲线的准确性,我们对贵金属(金、银、铂、钯)氰化物络离子的电位—pH曲线进行了测定。为了使测定接近实际作业情况,测定液分别配制成每升含贵金属(金、银、铂、钯)氰化物络离子10~(-4)摩尔,总氰浓度[CN~-]_总=10~(-2)摩尔/升。用国产25型酸度计、贵金属(金、银、铂、钯)电极、甘汞电极、玻璃电极测定溶液的pH及电位值。
The potential-pH curve of the precious metal cyanide system is of great significance for studying the gold cyanide theory and enhancing the cyanidation operation. The measured results show that the measured potential-pH curve of silver and platinum cyanide complex ions is very close to the theoretical curve. The theoretical potential-pH curve of gold and palladium cyanide complex ions is quite different from the measured curve, and the correction curve equation is proposed in this paper. Finally, the cyanide operation and its strengthening were analyzed. Low-cost gold, silver, platinum, palladium cyanide potential-pH curve in the precious metals are described in the literature. These curves are of great significance both in theory and in practice for the study of cyanide leaching of gold, silver and trace platinum and palladium in gold mines. To test the accuracy of these curves, we measured the potential-pH curve of cyanide complex ions of noble metals (gold, silver, platinum and palladium). In order to make the determination close to the actual working conditions, the measurement liquids were prepared into 10 ~ (-4) mol per liter of cyanide complex ions containing noble metal (gold, silver, platinum and palladium) respectively. The total cyanide concentration ~ (-2) mol / liter. The pH value and potential value of the solution were measured with domestic 25 type acidity meter, noble metal (gold, silver, platinum and palladium) electrode, calomel electrode and glass electrode.
