对于一个企业,选择一种适宜的预警管理方法是降低其战略风险的有效途径。战略预警管理涉及到企业内外部管理的方方面面,与战略管理一样,战略预警管理有其内在的规律。随着移动运营商加速向“移动信息专家”转型,对基于信息分析的战略预警管理,提出了更高的要求。本研究基于对现阶段企业战略预警管理现状的分析,提出了战略预警管理的基本概念,并通过对企业战略管理现状的分析,进一步探讨了中国移动上海公司战略预警基地建设的阶段性目标及具体的实施方案,以为中国移动战略预警基地建设提供必要的理论借鉴及实践思路。
For an enterprise, choosing an appropriate method of early warning management is an effective way to reduce its strategic risk. Strategic early warning management involves all aspects of internal and external management of enterprises. Like strategic management, strategic early warning management has its inherent laws. As mobile operators accelerate the transition to “mobile information specialists,” higher demands have been placed on strategic early warning management based on information analysis. Based on the analysis of the status quo of enterprise strategic early warning management at present stage, this study puts forward the basic concepts of strategic early warning management and further analyzes the phased goals and specific measures of the strategic early warning base construction of China Mobile Shanghai Company through the analysis of the status quo of strategic management of enterprises In order to provide the necessary theoretical reference and practical thinking for the construction of China Mobile Strategic Early Warning Base.
