本文用HRP法研究了20只大白鼠躯体感觉皮质区在丘脑腹后核组内的定位。鼠躯体感觉皮质区的前部接受丘脑腹后核组腹外侧部的投射;后部接受腹后核组背侧部的投射;腹后核组吻侧段外侧部的纤维投射到躯体感觉皮质区的内侧部(上部);腹后核组尾侧段内侧部的纤维投射到躯体感觉皮质区的外侧部(下部)。丘脑腹后核组内所有标记细胞均出现在注射同侧,提示丘脑皮质投射是不交叉的。丘脑腹后核组投射到Brodmann 3区的神经元多,投射到2区的神经元少。本文还探讨了标记神经元数量与投射纤维多少的关系。
In this paper, the somatosensory cortex regions of 20 rats were studied by HRP in the hypothalamus. The anterior part of the somatosensory cortical area of the rat receives the projection of the lateral part of the ventral lateral to the thalamic nucleus; the posterior part receives the projection from the dorsal part of the posterior nuclear group; (Upper part); fibers in the medial part of caudal segment of the posterior nucleus project to the lateral part (lower part) of the somatosensory cortex. All labeled cells in the hypothalamus nucleus retrograde nucleus group appeared on the ipsilateral injection, suggesting that the projection of thalamic cortex does not cross. There are many neurons projecting to the Brodmann zone 3 in the hypothalamus nucleus retrograde nucleus, and few neurons projecting to zone 2. This article also explored the relationship between the number of labeled neurons and the number of projected fibers.
