建立数学模型,进行水文模拟,在流域产汇流计算、河道流量演算、短期及中长期洪、枯水予报中,有着广泛的应用.特别是应用电子计算机以来,为了提高模型的计算精度,往往采用目标函数的方法调试参数.但是,当模型的参数较多时,使用此法必然构成一个多维极值问题,即使采用先进的最优化解法,亦须占用相当大的内存容量和相当多的上机时间.给参数的调试带来一定的困难,特别是受机种、机时、经费等客观条件的限制,往往难以使用目标函数的方法,而采用经验试凑的方法调试参数.
