研究“国窖.1573”对兔动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:高脂饲料复制兔动脉粥样硬化模型,同时连续灌服“国窖.1573”52°、45°、38°及45°对照酒6周,病理切片检测胸主动脉粥样硬化程度。结果:空白对照组主动脉内膜未见粥样硬化改变;模型组主动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块形成,部分斑块病灶范围较大;45°对照酒组仅见少量散在脂质条纹;“国窖.1573”52°、45°组,仅见轻度主动脉粥样硬化改变;38°组,主动脉壁见散在少量小范围脂质条纹。结论:适量饮用“国窖.1573”酒能减轻动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。
Study of “National Cellar 1573” on atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods: The model of atherosclerosis was replicated with high-fat diet, while the continuous infusion of “Guo-cellar 1573” 52 °, 45 °, 38 ° and 45 ° control wine for 6 weeks, pathological examination of thoracic aortic atherosclerosis.
