对某电化厂氯乙烯作业工人的健康状况和作业场所氯乙烯浓度进行了调查。结果表明：接触组神经系统及消化系统症状及体征的检出率均高于对照组，头晕、记忆力减退、多梦、乏力、腹胀、手指麻木、皮肤干燥、皮疹８项指标与对照组之间有显著性差异，且症状的检出率有随工龄的延长而增加的趋势。５例肝肿大者均发生在聚合岗位，其中进出料及清釜岗位３例，这主要与接触较高浓度氯乙烯有关。对６个岗位１８个作业点的空气中氯乙烯浓度的测定，点超标率为５５．５６％。
