目的:对止血药大蓟、槐花等中药中无机元素的含量进行测定,探讨止血药中无机元素的共有特征规律,为止血药中微量元素与实际药效相关性研究奠定基础。方法:药材经微波消解仪消解处理后,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)仪,采用半定量及全定量法测定大蓟、小蓟等7味止血药中微量元素含量,并采用主成分分析和SPSS方差分析对止血药中共有特征元素进行评价。结果:主成分分析选出5个主因子,并分析了止血药中的特征元素Al、Si、Ti、Mn、Co、Ga、Rb、Cs、K、Cu、Mo、Zn、Ce、Ca。方差分析找出了特征元素分别在7味药任两味中95%以上共有元素。结论:通过对止血药中无机元素共有特征分析,为其与药效相关性研究和综合开发提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of inorganic elements in hemostatic medicine, such as Artemisia seleifolia, Sophora japonica and so on, and to explore the common characteristics and rules of inorganic elements in hemostatic medicine and lay the foundation for the study on the correlation between trace elements in hemostatic medicine and the actual efficacy. Methods: The content of trace elements in seven hemostatic drugs such as Artemisia annua and Artemisia annua were determined by semi-quantitative and full-quantitive methods after inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Composition analysis and SPSS ANOVA were used to evaluate the total characteristic elements in hemostatic medicine. Results: Five principal factors were selected by principal component analysis and the characteristic elements Al, Si, Ti, Mn, Co, Ga, Rb, Cs, K, Cu, Mo, Zn, Ce and Ca in hemostatic were analyzed. An analysis of variance found that more than 95% of the common elements were characteristic elements in any of the seven flavors. Conclusion: By analyzing the common characteristics of inorganic elements in hemostatic drugs, it provides a scientific basis for the research on its correlation with efficacy and comprehensive development.
