故障录波装置目前存在着由于后台PC机故障而丢失大量数据以及后台机不能长期运行等问题。所以,为了提高设备的可靠性,提出了一种基于MC68332单片机的硬盘存储控制方案和程序设计方法。在方案中,硬盘由单片机控制,采用可编程的I/O(PIO)数据传输模式、以扇区为单位用中断请求的方式与处理器进行数据交换,它可以完全脱离计算机操作系统的控制完成数据的存储工作。实验验证此系统安全可靠、运行稳定、维护调试方便,实现了大量录波数据准确、快速、无丢失存储,解决了录波装置的上述问题。而且,该方案控制简单、易于编程、实时性高,可以广泛应用于变电站自动化设备的改造过程和各种工业大容量数据采集系统中。
