84年9月至11月初,交通部集装箱运输管理学习组赴比利时第一大港——安特卫普进行了为期两月的学习考察,对国外集装箱运输的现状和发展趋势有一定的认识,看到为了提高装卸效率和自动化程度,几乎每个集装箱码头都不同程度地使用计算机进行管理,有几个码头目前已完全取代了手工管理系统。
From September to early November 1984, the Container Transport Management and Learning Group of the Ministry of Communications visited the port of Antwerp, Antwerp, Belgium, which conducted a two-month study tour. It has a certain understanding of the status quo and development trend of container transport abroad. In order to improve Handling efficiency and automation, almost every container terminal is managed to varying degrees by computer, with several terminals now completely replacing the manual management system.
