光纤传感测温在电机测试中的应用

近年来,在测试技术领域内光纤传感器异军突起,以其独特的性能和快速的发展受到了广泛的注意。与其它类型的传感器相比,具有抗电磁干扰能力强、灵敏度高和响应快等优点;能在高电压、强磁场、易腐蚀的场合下工作。比如对变压器线圈温度的测量,由于电压很高,传统的温度传感器如热偶和热敏电阻都很不安全。而光纤传感器是由介质构成,能承受几十万伏的高压,可安装在变压器内对温度进行长期监测。 In recent years, in the field of testing technology, the emergence of the optical fiber sensor has attracted a great deal of attention due to its unique performance and rapid development. Compared with other types of sensors, with anti-electromagnetic interference ability, high sensitivity and fast response and other advantages; in high voltage, high magnetic field, easy to work under corrosion. For example, the transformer coil temperature measurement, due to high voltage, the traditional temperature sensors such as thermocouples and thermistors are not safe. The optical fiber sensor is composed of medium, can withstand hundreds of thousands of volts high voltage, can be installed in the transformer for long-term temperature monitoring.
