图1所示异形零件,两端孔径小(φ20_0~(+0.033)mm),中间孔径大(φ21mm),工件全长约573mm(两端加工艺夹头)。由于孔径较小,孔比较深,镗削φ21mm孔镗杆最短伸出长度约300mm(包括工艺夹头),因而批量加工该零件,有一定的难度。设计加工φ21mm小孔径镗刀,是完成该零件的关键。 1.对加工零件的分析 工件材质为35CrMo。调质硬度为260HB,该材料强度和韧性较高。因此,加工内孔时,切屑断屑效果欠佳,刀具耐用度也较低。
As shown in Fig. 1, the profiled part has a small aperture (φ20_0 ~ (+0.033) mm) at both ends, a large aperture (φ21mm) and a total length of about 573mm (plus clip at both ends). Due to the smaller aperture, deeper holes, boring φ21mm hole boring bar length of the shortest about 300mm (including process chuck), and thus bulk processing of the part, a certain degree of difficulty. Design and processing φ21mm small aperture boring machine, is the key to complete the part. 1. Analysis of the processed parts The workpiece material is 35CrMo. Quenched and tempered hardness of 260HB, the higher the strength and toughness of the material. Therefore, when machining the inner hole, the effect of chip breaking is poor and the tool durability is also low.
