随着我国的不断繁荣发展,市场经济的不断全球化以及进出口贸易比重的加大,从而导致我国在新时期所面临的进出口贸易竞争压力加大,进一步导致国内外的经济形势也出现一定危机。因此为了使进出口贸易更加和谐稳定的发展下去,海关便大力开展通关一体化、无纸化等形式来减少通关手续,加快通关速度,同时也采取减免通关费等形式来促进进出口贸易的进一步发展。虽然通过这些方式取得了部分成效,但是仍有不足之处,因此本文针对新时期外贸企业进出口通关的问题进行研究探讨,并提出一定的解决办法。
With the continuous prosperity and development of our country, the continuous globalization of the market economy and the increase in the proportion of import and export trade have put pressure on China’s import and export trade in the new period to increase, further leading to a certain economic situation at home and abroad crisis. Therefore, in order to make the import and export trade develop in a more harmonious and stable manner, the Customs will vigorously carry out customs clearance, paperless and other forms to reduce the clearance procedures and accelerate the speed of customs clearance. At the same time, the Customs will also take the form of reduction and exemption of customs clearance fees to promote the import and export trade development of. Although some achievements have been obtained through these methods, there are still some shortcomings. Therefore, this paper studies the import and export customs clearance of foreign trade enterprises in the new era and puts forward some solutions.
