分进入“十三五”规划建设时期,涉盐企业机遇与挑战并存,这也同时对安全生产工作提出了更高的要求。本文针对我国涉盐企业在安全生产管理上还存在着一系列问题,就如何做好新形势下的安全生产工作提出了提高认识、更新理念,创新制度、完善体系,理顺机制、强化管理,加强培训、加强安全生产资金投入及建立风险识别评估平台和加强安全文化建设等看法和建议。
During the planning and construction period of “Thirteen Five-Year Plan”, the opportunities and challenges of salt-related enterprises coexist, which simultaneously put forward higher requirements on work safety. In this paper, there are still a series of problems in our country’s salt-related enterprises in the management of work safety, and on how to do a good job in work safety in the new situation, it is proposed to raise awareness, update ideas, innovate systems, improve the system, straighten out mechanisms, strengthen management, Strengthen training, strengthen investment in production safety funds and establish risk identification and evaluation platform and strengthen the safety culture and other views and suggestions.
