目的:研究组蛋白去乙酰化酶HDAC1-11 mRNA在大鼠出生后坐骨神经发育过程的变化。方法:RT-PCR法分析坐骨神经发育成熟过程是HDAC1-11mRNA的表达水平。结果:HDAC1-11 mRNA持续表达于大鼠坐骨神经发育成熟的过程中,在大鼠60 d时表达水平显著的低于初生时的表达水平。结论:HDAC1-11 mRNA参与大鼠坐骨神经发育成熟的过程,且其表达水平随着大鼠年龄的增加呈现由高到低的动态变化,提示其与坐骨神经髓鞘的发育成熟以及维持神经的正常功能密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of histone deacetylase HDAC1-11 mRNA after sciatic nerve development in rats. Methods: The expression of HDAC1-11 mRNA in the process of sciatic nerve development and maturation was analyzed by RT-PCR. Results: The sustained expression of HDAC1-11 mRNA in rat sciatic nerve development and maturation process, the expression level of 60 d in rats significantly lower than the expression level at birth. CONCLUSION: HDAC1-11 mRNA is involved in the process of sciatic nerve development and maturation in rats, and the expression level of HDAC1-11 mRNA changes from high to low with the increase of the age of rats, indicating that HDAC1-11 mRNA is related to the development of mature myelin sheath and the maintenance of normal function of nerve closely related.
