[目的]合成对水稻纹枯病菌具有杀菌活性的化合物。[方法]以取代苯胺和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮为原料合成21个β-苯胺基环己烯酮类化合物其结构通过核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱的确证。采用菌丝生长速率法和活体盆栽法测定其对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)的抑菌活性。[结果]化合物J17、J18、J19的EC_(50)值分别为13.1403、11.9633、12.2637mg/L,接近于对照药剂多菌灵;5种化合物的活体防效高达70%以上。[结论]初步认定该类化合物对水稻纹枯病菌具有抑制作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to synthesize compounds with bactericidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani. [Method] The synthesis of 21 β-anilino-cyclohexenones from substituted anilines and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione was confirmed by 1H-NMR and FT-IR . The mycelium growth rate method and in vivo pot method were used to determine the antibacterial activities against Rhizoctonia solani. [Results] The EC 50 values of compounds J17, J18 and J19 were 13.1403, 11.9633 and 12.2637 mg / L, respectively, which were close to that of the control drug carbendazim. The in vivo anti-efficacy of the five compounds was over 70%. [Conclusion] The compounds were initially identified as having inhibitory effects on R. solani.
