白内障后路摘除术是在中医金针拨白内障的基础上发展而来的,术后保持原瞳孔,视力矫正较好,对屈光影响不大。近三年来,我们共做白内障后路摘除术359只眼,临床观察中发现术后继发高眼压症8例。现将继发性高眼压症的临床原因作如下分析。 1、瞳孔阻滞:白内障后路摘除术后的瞳孔阻滞共发生4例,多发生在手术后半月以内。由于术后炎症引起瞳孔闭锁,或玻璃体疝造成瞳孔阻滞,发生虹膜睫状体炎,房角也因虹膜睫状体炎
