为提高低温硼-铬-稀土共渗渗速,经多次共渗试验,筛选出以硼铁为供硼剂,氟硼酸钾为主要活化剂,效果最佳的低温共渗剂配方。结果表明:利用此共渗剂对45钢进行650℃×6h的低温共渗处理,可获得深约22μm的共渗层,共渗层呈梳齿状,具有较高的硬度及较好的耐磨粒磨损性能。
In order to improve boron-chromium-rare-earth co-infiltration rate at low temperature, the low-temperature co-infiltration formulation with ferroboron as boron-supplying agent and potassium fluoborate as the main activator was screened through multiple co-permeation tests. The results show that the co-diffusion layer of 45 steel is treated at 650 ℃ for 6h under low temperature. The co-diffusion layer has a comb-tooth shape with high hardness and better resistance Abrasive wear performance.
