在当今和未来社会中,信息作为和物质、能量并举的发展资源,对社会进步和发展的支柱作用日益显著。对信息资源开发和利用的必然结果,必将构成形态完整的信息消费活动,并再生为社会进步和发展的原动力。因此,确立信息消费概念的学术地位,在条件成熟时建立信息消费学,对于评价信息消费效益,指导信息消费行为,完善信息保障体系,提供国家信息政策依据,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
In today’s and tomorrow’s society, information, as a resource of resources for both material and energy development, plays a more and more significant role in supporting social progress and development. The inevitable result of the development and utilization of information resources will surely constitute a complete form of information consumption activity and be regenerated into the driving force for social progress and development. Therefore, establishing the academic status of the concept of information consumption and establishing information consumption science when the conditions are ripe have important theoretical and practical significance for evaluating information consumption efficiency, guiding information consumption behavior, perfecting information security system and providing national information policy basis.
