作者报告纪念医院1921~1981年诊治的19例颅骨成骨肉瘤(占同期1200例成骨肉瘤的1.6%)的经验。10例原发性,9例继发性(6例畸形性骨炎,2例放射辐射,1例纤维结构不良)。年龄9~82岁(平均38岁,中数33岁),原发性者平均26岁,继发性者48岁。男性10例,平均44岁(11~82岁),女性9例,平均31岁(9~55岁)。3例(10%)为13岁或以下。15例以颅骨肿块、3例以神经学症状就诊,症状期2个月~5年(中数6个
The authors report the experience of 19 cases of osteosarcoma of the skull (accounting for 1.6% of 1200 cases of osteosarcoma in the same period) in the Memorial Hospital from 1921 to 1981. 10 cases were primary and 9 cases were secondary (6 cases of malformed osteitis, 2 cases of radiation, and 1 case of poor fibrous structure). The age ranged from 9 to 82 years (mean 38 years old, median 33 years old). The average age was 26 years old, and the secondary was 48 years old. There were 10 males, with an average age of 44 (11-82 years) and 9 females, with an average age of 31 years (9-55 years). Three patients (10%) were 13 years old or younger. 15 cases were treated with skull lumps and 3 cases with neurological symptoms. Symptoms ranged from 2 months to 5 years (median 6
