工业和信息化部副部长苗圩1月14日在全国工业节能与综合利用工作会议上表示,2010年中国将把节能降耗和减排治污作为调整产业结构和转变发展方式的重要举措,将重点推进投资项目节能评估、重点行业节能减排指导意见、行业能效对标达标、企业节能管理和目标责任评价考核等四方面工作。
Miao Wei, vice minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said at a working conference on industrial energy conservation and comprehensive utilization in China on January 14 that China will take energy conservation, emission reduction and pollution abatement measures as important measures for adjusting industrial structure and transforming its mode of development in 2010, It will focus on four aspects: energy-saving evaluation of investment projects, guidance on energy conservation and emission reduction in key industries, benchmarking of energy efficiency in industries, energy-saving management of enterprises, and evaluation and assessment of target responsibility.
