基于城乡道路客运一体化影响因素,建立了城乡道路客运一体化发展能力的指标体系,给出了各评价指标的具体量化方式,提出了基于数据包络分析(DEA)的城乡道路客运一体化发展能力评价方法,讨论了发展能力与DEA评价值的对应关系。结合A、B、C、D及E 5市交通现状,运用C2R模型,对5市道路客运一体化的发展能力进行分析与评价。结果表明:B城市具有较好的一体化发展能力;A、C、D、E 4城市一体化发展有待提高与完善。可见,DEA方法能较好地评价城乡道路客运一体化发展水平,从而为发展城乡道路客运一体化提供参考依据。
Based on the influence factors of urban-rural road passenger integration, the index system of urban-rural road passenger integration development capability is established. The specific quantification method of each evaluation index is given, and the integrated development of urban-rural road passenger transport based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) Ability evaluation method, discussed the relationship between development ability and DEA evaluation value. Combining with the current traffic situation of A, B, C, D and E 5 cities, C2R model was used to analyze and evaluate the development of passenger transport in five cities. The results show that: B city has a good ability of integrated development; A, C, D, E 4 urban integration needs to be improved and perfected. It can be seen that the DEA method can better evaluate the integrated development of urban and rural road passenger transport so as to provide a reference for the development of urban and rural road passenger transport integration.
