第一次海上油气苗调查1957年,石油工业部石油科学研究院马继祥,在海南岛西南的莺歌海水道口外进行油气苗调查,从海底取得油砂和天然气样品。经化验分析,证实了海底油气苗的存在,并编写了《莺歌海海上油气苗调查初步报告》。这是中国第一次涉及海上的油气苗调查。
The first survey of offshore oil and gas spills In 1957, Ma Jixiang of the Petroleum Research Institute of the Ministry of Oil Industry conducted an oil and gas exploration study outside the mouth of Yingge seawater in southwest Hainan Island to obtain oil sands and natural gas samples from the sea floor. The laboratory analysis confirmed the existence of oil and gas seabed submarine, and prepared the “Yinggehai sea oil and gas Miao investigation report.” This is the first survey of oil and gas spills involving the sea in China.
