目的　探讨彩超对肾恶性肿瘤的价值。方法　用彩色多普勒血流图 (CDFI)观察不同病理类型、大小不等的肾恶性肿瘤 ,测量血流速、流量并按特点分型。结果　 5 1例肾恶性肿瘤中 ,多血管型 33例占 6 4 7% ,少血管型10例占 19 6 %、极少血管型 8例占 15 7%。瘤体大小及血流特征为 :透明细胞癌 ,瘤体 ( 6 9～ 9 5cm)内血管增多、增粗呈分叉状或网状 ,流速 6 0～ 10 4cm/s;颗粒细胞癌 ,瘤体大者 5～ 7cm ,小者 <2 5cm ,血管少或极少 ,呈点状血流束 ,流速 5 0～ 80cm/s;肾母细胞瘤 ,瘤体 ( >10cm)内血管多扭曲呈蚯蚓或峰窝状 ,流速达 16 0cm/s;肾盂癌 ,瘤体大者3～ 5cm ,小者 <2 5cm ,血管少或极少 ,呈星点状时隐时现 ,流速 2 0～ 70cm/s。结论　CDFI可显示不同类型的肾肿瘤 ,瘤体内血管数量及分布不同 ,CDFI各项测值有助于肿瘤的分类诊断 Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of renal malignant tumors. Conclusion CDFI can show different types of renal tumors, the number and distribution of blood vessels in the tumor is different, CDFI measurements are helpful to the classification of tumors
