目的 探讨彩超对肾恶性肿瘤的价值。方法 用彩色多普勒血流图 (CDFI)观察不同病理类型、大小不等的肾恶性肿瘤 ,测量血流速、流量并按特点分型。结果 5 1例肾恶性肿瘤中 ,多血管型 33例占 6 4 7% ,少血管型10例占 19 6 %、极少血管型 8例占 15 7%。瘤体大小及血流特征为 :透明细胞癌 ,瘤体 ( 6 9~ 9 5cm)内血管增多、增粗呈分叉状或网状 ,流速 6 0~ 10 4cm/s;颗粒细胞癌 ,瘤体大者 5~ 7cm ,小者 <2 5cm ,血管少或极少 ,呈点状血流束 ,流速 5 0~ 80cm/s;肾母细胞瘤 ,瘤体 ( >10cm)内血管多扭曲呈蚯蚓或峰窝状 ,流速达 16 0cm/s;肾盂癌 ,瘤体大者3~ 5cm ,小者 <2 5cm ,血管少或极少 ,呈星点状时隐时现 ,流速 2 0~ 70cm/s。结论 CDFI可显示不同类型的肾肿瘤 ,瘤体内血管数量及分布不同 ,CDFI各项测值有助于肿瘤的分类诊断
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of renal malignant tumors. Methods Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) was used to observe the different pathological types and sizes of renal malignant tumors. The blood flow rate and flow rate were measured and classified according to the characteristics. Results Among the 51 cases of malignant neoplasms, 33 cases of polyangiomas accounted for 64.7%, 10 cases of oligo vessels accounted for 19.6% and 8 cases of minimal vessels accounted for 15.7%. Tumor size and blood flow characteristics were as follows: clear cell carcinoma, increased blood vessels in the tumor (69 ~ 95 cm), bifurcated or reticular with a flow rate of 60 to 104 cm / s, granular cell carcinoma, Larger body 5 ~ 7cm, small <2 5cm, little or no blood vessels, was a punctate blood flow, the flow rate of 50 ~ 80cm / s; nephroblastoma, the tumor (> 10cm) Earthworm or honeycomb shaped, the flow rate of 16 0cm / s; renal pelvis cancer, the larger the tumor 3 ~ 5cm, small <2 5cm, little or very little blood vessels, when the star-like hidden reality, the flow rate of 20 ~ 70cm / s. Conclusion CDFI can show different types of renal tumors, the number and distribution of blood vessels in the tumor is different, CDFI measurements are helpful to the classification of tumors
