对陈蛮庄煤矿3402、3206工作面支架工作阻力现场实测,对比分析了现场实测结果,并对工作面支架工况影响因素进行了理论分析。研究结果表明:大倾角工作面支架工作阻力分布具有区域性特征,且区域内的顶板压力总和在一个合理区间内,极少出现区域内支架工作阻力普遍过大或过小的现象;顶板状况及支架位态、工作面长度对支架工况影响较大。
The actual measurement of the work resistance of 3402 and 3206 working face in Chenzhuangzhuang Coal Mine was carried out. The field measured results were compared and analyzed, and the influencing factors of work face working condition were analyzed theoretically. The results show that the working resistance distribution of steep working face supports is characterized by regional characteristics, and the sum of the roof pressure in the region is within a reasonable range, and the working resistance of the stents in the region is seldom seen. Bracket position, working surface length of the stent conditions greater impact.
