近年来,国外采用神经原阻滞剂——间位碘代苄胍(MIBG)进行心肌显像,以研究心肌肾上腺素能神经功能的变化,评价多种疾病(如冠心病、扩张型心肌病、高血压以及糖尿病等)引起的心脏交感神经功能的改变,在某些方面较~(201)T1心肌显像有更重要的价值。川玲等介绍了~(131)I-MIBG 心肌显像的临床应用,在一些疾病中均呈现心肌摄取低和清除快的结果,表明在某些疾病时心脏交感神经功能受到了损伤。但其所用显像剂为~(131)I-MIBG。由于~(131)I 的物理性能,很难获得满意的显像图,而~(123)I-MIBG 可显著提高显像质量。
