黄河三角洲湿地是黄河水携带大量泥沙淤积渤海造陆构成的,成土年幼,以盐土、潮土为主,盐土占总面积的62.64%,湿地资源生态脆弱.一旦盐渍化,改造相当困难.因此积极探索湿地资源开发建设的途径,有效遏制生物多样性的退化,在大量实地考察和资料研究的基础上,指出了湿地资源面临的主要问题,并提出了搞好开发利用的对策建议.
