我国同非洲国家发展贸易的具体设想

<正> 打开我国同非洲国家贸易的新局面近十年来,非洲市场有了明显的扩大,1970年至1981年,非洲的进口额扩大了近7倍,即由110亿美元增加到862亿美元。1981年我国对非洲的出口额大约为8亿美元,我国商品在非洲当年总进口额中所占的比重还不到1％。因此,我国扩大对非洲市场的出口还有很大的余地。为了打开我国同非洲国家贸易的新局面,应切实采取一些具体得力措施:
